Question 1:
This program will create the document indicated. Please be sure
that this is what you want to write before starting. You can
return to the main menu and select another module by pressing the
"escape" (Esc) key.
A Bill of Sale, as you have selected, is used to document the
transfer of personal property from one person or company to
another. It is much like the document used to show that a car is
sold, or something similar.
Question 2:
Please enter the person's full name. This can be a company or an
individual.
Question 3:
It is important to put the entire street address of the person in
the agreement. This can be a normal address such as "321 15th
Street."
Question 4:
The city or town where the signer of this agreement lives in
needs to be specified. If you are going to execute the agreement
in a rural area (not in a city or town) then use the name of the
closest city or town.
Question 5:
The state, territory or jurisdiction needs to be specified.
Question 6:

"529 Pierson Rd."
Question 8:
The city or town where the person receiving the property lives
needs to be specified. If you are going to execute the agreement
in a rural area (not in a city or town) then use the name of the

Question 9:
The state, territory or jurisdiction needs to be specified.
Question 10:
List the property that is to be sold pursuant to this Bill of
Sale. This can be a specific piece of property, or a large group
of items, such as "the assets of the business known as
Futurcomp".
Question 11:
You can either put the price of the sale in the document or you
can specify that the goods are sold for $1.00 and other just and
valuable consideration. If you are going to specify the amount
then answer "yes" to this question.
Question 12:
Here, enter the amount of the sale. You needn't put a "$" sign
because it will automatically appear in the document.
Question 13:
Most of the time the property will be transferred free and clear.
However, occasionally there is a lien or encumbrance on the
property that needs to be disclosed in this document.
Question 14:
If there is an encumbrance or lien, it needs to be carefully
defined in the document.
Question 15:
You can have the agreement notarized. This is necessary if the
agreement is going to be recorded.
Question 16:
If the agreement is to be notarized, the county or parish needs
to be specified if you live in one.
Question 17:
If the agreement is to be notarized, the county or parish needs
to be specified if you live in one.
Question 18:
The questions are now complete. You can go back to any question
if you wish by pressing "escape", or you can continue with the
program. Now that the questions are completed, the program will
allow you to preview the document, write it to a disk file for
editing further or print it. Note that it will be automatically
saved so you can review or print it later.
